Our Fees

How our fee works

Your first meeting with us is free and without obligation. If you choose to proceed, our advice fee is £299 and it is only payable when your mortgage completes. If your purchase falls through, no fee is charged.

Lifetime support

Once you have paid the £299 fee you will never pay us another advice fee again. We will help with future remortgages, home moves or additional purchases as part of our ongoing support.

Fair and transparent

• No admin charges and no surprises
• If you have paid a lifetime fee to another broker we will honour it and you will not pay us
• We may receive a procuration fee from the lender and commission from insurance providers, and we will always disclose these at application stage
